“Hassle free”

I was amazed at how hassle free this process was, I made the phone call at 1:50 PM, spoke to an adviser who immediately put me at ease and explained everything involved in the process clearly. The adviser kept me updated every step of the way and at 3:20PM the following day I had confirmation that the car had been purchased. The adviser was very re-assuring the whole way through and told me to contact him if I have any concerns once I had collected the vehicle. I am extremely impressed with the service I received and the communication during the process. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and if all employees are as amazing as our adviser then that is another 5 stars from me.
