Worst service! They booked Indigo (Pune to Dubai) and Emirates (Dubai to Manchester) connecting flights for me. Indigo cancelled citing some airport issues and assured me full refund. First of all Gotogate agents were not available for help and whats worst, they are now charging me a cancellation fee! They just want your money.

I then had to cancel the Emirates flight as I couldnt get to Dubai. These guys said they are transferring me to another department which turned out to be a wrong number!

Stay away from these guys if you want peace of your mind.
