“Fully covered and serviced/well equiped for a small price”

For full insurance and a fair fuel policy, with option to cancel for free 24h in advance, this was the best price I found on the market and I was not disappointed. Communication was excellent: the response to my mails was nearly direct and Gorentacar also provided me with all necessary information. They informed me about road works (therefore advising me to use google maps instead of booking a gps) and possibly closed aereas in Crete (at the moment of my visit, due to the risk of forest fires). Their priority is obviously to make sure you can have a good holiday, instead of making money out of it. Kind service of the person awaiting us at the exit of the airport with a name tag and help with our bags. For 3 people, our small KIA trunk couldn't hold all the luggage, but part of it could sit in the back of the car (as was foreseen). Given the heatwave, I was also glad we had a white car. Was recent, clean and swift, fully operational on airco, power on slopes etc. Easy pick up (with clear instructions where to contact in case of assistance needed) and drop off. Would most definitely book them again.
