“Unfit for habitation”

When we bought a new home from Barratts to let on June 30th 2021 there was no flooring on the ground floor although we had paid extra for it.
There was nothing the oven such as grill pan the fence was broken the plants in front of the house were dead
There was mould in the kitchen cupboards and skirting (this is an on going problem ) our tenants are continually wiping off mould. The house was not cleaned, even excrement in the toilet.
Barratts compensated us half a months rent.
Unfortunately 48 days later the oven still has no grill pan the plants have not been replaced and obviously we are having to placate our tenants
Do not to agree to a completion date on a house to let from Barratts before it is finished
You have to chase, chase and chase again to get anything done
