“It all started so well”

It all started so well, really good instore experience, sales person extremely helpful and we ordered a table and chairs, paying in full on ordering. I think a serious case of 'they have our money so no need to look after us further'!

We ordered on the 24th April, being told that delivery would be the end of June / first week of July. Each time we spoke to Furniture Village subsequently was us chasing them for information. We completely understand that there are supply chain issues and delays with moving freight but all they had to do was make a phone call every now again with an update. Shocking service once they had our money, and you can only blame a cyber attack for so long, but they are full of flimsy excuses in general.

Still waiting on a reply to a complaint email sent to the person that took our order, sent to them on the 28th July.

If you want an element of customer service do not shop here. The only reason I've given 3 stars is the product (when it finally arrived) is decent quality, saved them from 1 star!
