i'm a small business owner(limited budget) who was seeking of a online help software before. in fact, i tested several such softwares. But really, they are expensive or not easy to use or something like this.

After comparing them about 1 week, i thought 123livehelp is more cheapter, more easier. It is so easy to install. Also importantly, cheapest all most. Thanks.
