Truly appalling - after another two week delay a chatbot response tells me that they've lost my parcel "somewhere in the Hermes network" ... That's a 100% failure record - six out of seven parcels 'lost' with the seventh 'delivered' torn open and emptied of all contents.
It's impossible to speak to a real person, customer service is non-existent and to have managed to 'lose' EVERY item is an ignominious achievement!
From now on, if Hermes is the preferred courier of any company, I shall buy elsewhere even if it costs significantly more overall
