“Service abysmal after Brightstar have taken over”

Had to wait 1hr 15 mins to speak to someone. Phone replaced next day. All ok until then.

Replacement phone overheating to the point untouchable and unsafe to use. Rang them, another 1 hour 30 min wait to speak to someone who asked me to complete a few diagnostic checks on the phone. Still overheating. Was told someone will call me back within 2 days. Been 2 weeks and no response. Trying to call them 2 days in a row on my lunch breaks. Been on hold 1 hour each on both days, and no answer.

Tried the webchat feature on their app. App says approx 18 mins wait, waited 45 mins, no response.

Can anyone please tell me how to contact this company???
