The engineer who visited when we wanted a conservatory was probably just a salesperson. After visiting, we had questions sent by email and discovered they aren't interested in communication. Some of the information the salesperson gave us about Building Regulations was probably wrong. The cost of a conservatory seemed exhoribant to us.
