“Disaster ”

Good day,

I wanted to talk over the phone so you could hear from my own words what has happen since I placed this order.

I haven’t given my wife flowers in a long time. She has been really down as of late (COVID) Est. I thought I’d pick her back up so I ordered some flowers from this organization.

This was a surprise so when the delivery man came to the door my son answered not knowing about it and my son said the guy just left and he happens to be a minor.

I order flowers on the 22 July for delivery on the 26 July 21, and only received it today on the 29 July 21 and had to pay an additional delivery charger of 15 dollars.

So when I called customer service I was speaking with someone with a strong accent so I couldn’t understand everything she was saying and found myself asking her to repeat what she was saying, and from what I gathered she was telling me there nothing to do and it our policy.

I hope to relay this experience to as many people and social media as I can.

At this point my surprise turned into a nightmare.
