“Nobody showed up or answered the phones”

Booked an appointment to have a chip in my windshield fixed and was told they could show up at anytime so I had to stay in all day. Tried calling to confirm the booking day before and was on hold for over 45 min and I gave up. Came to the day, stayed in all day tried calling around 3 to see if anyone was turning up and was on hold for another hour with no answer.

Absolute joke of a company
