“Fill out the survey or else! ”

Picked up a car from Sea/Tac airport. The rental desk on the main floor was closed despite it only being 7:30pm. We were directed to the garage level kiosk to pick up our rental. There was no line and the service was smooth and efficient. The person at the desk was friendly and got us on our way very quickly. We picked up a Ford bronco sport which fit our needs perfectly. The drop off was equally efficient and took less than five minutes. The only negative about the whole experience was the constant barrage of emails to complete a survey about the experience, it’s a bit much.
