During lockdown my partner rang the company to stop cancel his contract the person on the phone said “ yes no problem” took his details and said it would be cancelled, he then stopped his direct debit he did nt find out till 13 months later that they had put a default on his account even tho he had bank statements saying the account was closec and he owed the company nothing, please please do yourself a favour and stay away from this network, he knew nothing about this till we went for a morgage and he was declaimed the morgage and it flagged up this.... For 39 pounds he does not owe them, they admitted too him that this was their mistake but would not send an email to the bank admitting this mistake, we are now having to instruct a legal team to correct his credit....... Tney have tried every way possible through numerous phone alls to put us off... ” it will be 72 hours “ if i hete this once more in a foreign accent i will scream !!..... Oh and their compensation offers are a load of rubbish they add it on to your charges. This is a true story, please check your credit if you use this company.
