DO NOT USE THIS DYSFUNCTIONAL COMPANY would give no stars but have to give one to post
Original order was with The Range received the order wrong goods. Email not responded to within the time limit stated. Nine days later phoned them on customer services after waiting three hours again. Told the collection of goods will be rearranged with their partner as the goods were sent by their partner not The Range . My original order was with The Range not the partner ,therefore the contract was broken they should have asked if l wanted to have goods from their partner ( Furniture
Direct ) which l would not due to their reviews.
70 DAYS still not collected the goods despite being told it was being arranged even asking what day is best and my telling them. Made two complaints not responded to.
Informed them of Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 , l am entitled to a full refund as it has been more than 14 days since l was told collection arranged and legally they must comply or they are breaking UK law,I also threatened to charge £50 a week for storage.THEY IGNORED THIS EVERYONE CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS GET THEM CLOSED DOWN.
Told last week their partner would phone me to arrange the collection before Friday July 2nd I haven’t heard anything again!!
Tried to support British companies during lockdown, but now l give no loyalty to them as Amazon would have collected and refunded within a few weeks tops.
The online shop does not work as you cannot return larger items to a physical store , so you are put in a continuous void with thousands of people with goods they wish to return.
