I placed an order and paid for next day delivery which the seller sent out with XDP Express. That was nearly a week ago and I've still not received anything. According to their useless app, they attempted delivery the next day but states they were unable to access my property. This is totally untrue as there are two businesses inside the area where I live and their clients need access during business hours. The delivery attempt was supposed to be 9.20am so there wouldn't have been any access issues. Secondly, they had my mobile number but never called me. If they did then I would have met them and assisted them with the delivery. My parcel was then returned to their depot and the next day a note was added stating my parcel was now damaged. I've informed the seller of all this and they requested XDP Express contact me to resolve but they never did. They still have the parcel according to their app and nothing is happening. I've suggested to the seller that the parcel be returned to them as its no good to me damaged but again, absolutely nothing is happening. Total waste of time using their app because you cannot contact them but I suppose that is a good way for them to avoid these kind of issues. All I seem to be doing is going around in circles and getting absolutely nowhere. Total waste of time, totally useless and incompetent, one of the worst courier experiences ever. Avoid.
