“Worst Experience Ever”

I bought a sofa from the Horwich branch in May and paid in full. Got an email to say it would be delivered the following Tuesday between 7-11.
Waited in all day no sofa delivered. No emails no message nothing. After trying to contact Customer service for over an hour I rang the shop where I had purchased it from and they apparently rebooked it for the following week.
Waited in all day, no sofa again, same scenario. Customer service no answer, shop rebooked delivery for following week.
Same again
I finally spoke to someone else in the shop who rang the warehouse where my sofa is apparently coming from and it’s been lost!!!
I was told I could have a full refund and the finance department would be in touch however a week on and still nothing.
So in a nutshell, I have no sofa, no money and I’ve lost 3 days holiday from work waiting in for a sofa that’s been lost!!
AVOID this company at all costs
