“Buyer Beware!!”

These people do not treat you as a customer but rather a faceless number. I made an order for flowers from Hamilton, Ontario to be delivered to my brother in Sicamous, B.C. for his Birthday. The flowers and a balloon were ordered on June 19, 2021 and was scheduled to be delivered to his home on June 21, 2021. That did not happen there was no delivery. I phoned to find out what was wrong and they apologized and and said the flowers would be delivered the next day Tuesday June 22, 2021. Well that did not happed either and I was told they were on route by the courier Purolator. The lady that took the order gave me no reason why they were delayed. I was given a tracking number which I did the foot work to see were the order was, well well well....Purolator had the order in another area, Salmon Arms"for pick up". When I called Bloomex back they said they don't deliver to his address because it is out of the local map delivery. Why in God's creation did they ever take my order in the first place if they could not deliver. Now they want my bother in Sicamous to get out of his sick be with cancer and drive to Salmon Arms? I received all kinds of repeated "we are sorry" but I'm out $57.09 for NOTHING...Please do your research on this company before you get taken in like I was. Please.
