Claim to have delivered a parcel on tracking but photo shows delivery was 'fail other' and 'no time'.
You might expect them to attempt a redelivery, but nothing.
On finally getting through by phone (after much hanging on and disconnections) they will not do a redelivery unless the sender requests one even though they have not actually attempted even one delivery. Also 'the manager will say the same'.
After several days of trying to sort my delivery (and several others) the sending company gives up on useless Tuffnels and is remanufacturing my order (and others) and will send by another courier.
