Twice now I have received a reminder saying I haven't paid my bill. I haven't had a any bill either by post or email. I have tried ringing - there is no answer. I have tried to email - the address is not given. I would love to arrange a call back as per the website but when I telephone this is not an option. I do not have social media so cannot use this but given my experience I doubt this option is valid.
Also, the opening times given on the reminder are not those given on the website.
