“No one answers calls or emails... no customer service !”

50% off when you click - no! Emails and phone calls to customer service are not returned as of today. I ordered from their website and package was sent with 2 day USPS - no instruction, Risk free trial - but there is no instruction how to return either. No way to get my money back???
The symptom always goes away on its own - for sure it is not 4 hours and I am not sure if this was any more effective than others because I had to use other medication to stop the itch.
