“AVOID!!! Zero Stars for this sad excuse of a company!”

They make all kinds of promises on the phone - i.e. saying they will ring you straight back and never do, or promise that they will contact driver and have them redeliver same day because they went to the WRONG address. Don't answer phones or emails. If I have to message someone directly I will if I don't get my parcels soon.
