Awaiting a refund for a shabby sofa (second time a sofa has failed from them) and they offered a full refund. I said I no longer had the credit card/bank account of original payment (of the first sofa may I add not the second) and they continued to process a £510.00 refund to an account they knew was not accessible. This was back in March 2021 and still awaiting for my refund to my only bank account. They supplied an ARN number for the refund which no banks (even my closed banks have tried to help) can locate. My emails are now ignored and I am having to take legal action to get my money back for the shocking products they supply.
