“Best on Price and Fantastic on Service!”

I was looking for a Diamond engagement ring for which I was doing my online research and it was then when I came across Diamond Manufacturers. I browsed their website which is very well laid out and user friendly. I immediately found a ring I liked and then did a comparison of like for like against other suppliers and they came up trumps on all aspects like price, quality of Diamond, availability etc.
I decided to place an order and I was very pleasently surprised by the quality of their customer service. My order was processed and to make sure that the sale was genuine and handled safely I received a call from one of their Customer Services representative to ask for two proofs of ID which I was happy to provide as it made me feel rest assured that they aren't just looking to take your money no questions asked. The CS rep was very friendly and accomodationg.
I was then also told by email that my order is being dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery the same day and I would receive it before 13:00 the next day. Later in the evening I also received a call from one of their rep to confirm the same.
As promised I received my ring well before 13:00 and it was better than I had expected! I am very happy with my purchase. The quality of the Diamond, the ring and the jeweller box was just fantastic!!! I also get a life time warranty and maintenance for the ring and also free life time re-sizing of the ring. This is just excellent.
I also got a call from the CS rep to check if I had received my order OK and if I was happy with my purchase.
All I can say is that anyone looking for a decent Diamond ring or any other form of jewellery should definitely give Diamond Manufacturers a go and you will be pleasently surprised as I am.
It was a fantastic shopping experience and I would like to thank Diamond Manufacturers for their level and quality of service provided.
