I contacted Asda about a cleverspa tub I purchased off them which had gone faulty. I made the mistake of contacting the manufacturer first who said they would fix after lock down but didn't. By the time I contacted Asda my warranty had expired. Asda refused to help, refused to let me make a complaint and refused to tell me how to follow there complaints procedure. Ive never dealt with such poor customer service or treatment with any company in my life, and I've previously bought from the Range ;-) well done Asda your officially the worst.

They are truly shocking and don't care once they have had your money. I personally will never buy or shop at Asda again and judging by the reviews on this site I'm not the only one. Totally disgusted and will make it my new hobby to post as many reviews on as many sites as I can warning people about them.

AVOID @ ALL COST
