“3 month old sofa Twisted mechanism”

I am so drained with this I think its shocking that a piece of furniture delivered in February has had the engineer out to it twice with loose sticking and twisted reclyner on one side and second visit second side twisted too. Why should I have a new piece of furniture repaired??? if it was 12 months old I could understand but 6 weeks old when first call out. It makes a noise its uncomfortable I have no further words.......................
