I was given a car with lots of damage on it. When I returned the car and on my way home they emailed me to advise that there was a scratch on the front bumper and charged my credit card with 200 euros.
As I hadn't caused any damage I complained to custimer services. Their response was to ask if I had taken any photos. I didn't due to the number of dents and scratches when I coleected the car. So unfortunately I have no proof.
This is the second time. Six months ago I was charged 350euros for a scratch on a wheel rim. After numerous emails and phone calls they reduced the charge to 150 euros.
I'll never use Goldcar again.
