“bad customer service won't engage with me to repair...”

I have been trying unsuccessfully for almost 10 months to get a man to call to view my cabin and provide a qoute for repairs for a ten year old cabin. When he eventually came out he was rude and had to be chased for a number of weeks for a qoute. On receipt of the quote in September we then went into lockdown.

When we opened up i again made contact, he did not answer emails or messages left. I had to consistently chase him. Now by phone he advises he is booked up to September. So I asked to be booked in asap for necessary repair, roof and door replacement. Now he won't give me a date and tells me the price has gone up but won't give me a new qoute.

The job is about 5k so it should be worthy of attention.

I am just getting the run around and would not recommend coppola cabins to anyone when the after sale service is so bad.
