“Composite door colour fade”

The company who fitted my composite front door sourced it from Force8. After a number of years there appeared a horizontal faded band across the door. When contacted and eventually acknowledged they refused to inspect the door and said that their supplier would not honour the warranty stating I had stuck something to it. A quick examination from themselves would have shown that the colour had not been pulled off but faded from the inside. Communication with this company is awful. They ignore emails and avoid phone calls. Avoid
