“Fixing issues under warranty”

I was very happy with my new Ryzen 5 tower from Palicomp. Arrived on time and met all expectations. 2 months in, I began to get BSOD and Windows errors appearing. I reset Windows to the factory setting but the problem persisted. After a fruitless updating of all drivers, I decided this was likely a hardware issue and called in on the warranty.
The response to the phone call was quick and efficient. After a couple of remote checks, it was clear that there was a need to return the machine. Conveniently I live within striking distance of Crewe and was able to bring it to their Centre myself rather than use a courier.
The tech I had spoken to met me at the door and had me wait whilst he investigated. He quickly identified the hardware issue, replaced parts, stress-tested the system and returned it to me; total time on-site 30 minutes!
I had resigned myself to working on an old machine for a couple of weeks. This is my first hardware failure and the support provided was better than I could have wished for. Thank you Palicomp!
