“Poor Customer Service”

I thought I would try out WBAC and arranged for a valuation. After booking my appointment online on Sunday 2nd May 2021, I received a phone calls from a very polite man. Shortly after, I received another phone call from a different man just checking I would hold my appointment at 12.40pm on Monday 3rd may 2021.
On the 3rd, I drove over to a portacabin where my meeting was arranged around 36 miles round trip. I go there at the right time (12.40pm) and waited outside together with another customer who go chatting to. His appointment was 12pm but was told to drive round for 20 mins. The time was now getting on to 12.50. The representative for WBAC was obviously over booked. I decided to leave. I had no call to say they were delayed before leaving my home and to date no follow up call with an explanation. Very unprofessional and just pure greed to cram in as many customers as possible.
