“terrible service & attitude”

I use Wickes ( London Rd, Glasgow) every year as I have applied the same Wickes wood care to my decking over the years. I always use the Red Mahogany but two years ago they changed the colour as many of the reviewers complained about. I had taken it back and got £40 a gift card as a refund. I went today to buy for this year and was told the gift card had expired, WHY SHOULD IT NEED TO EXPIRE. When I expressed my disappointment and frustration I was given a ticking off.
We had been looking at a new kitchen, guess who is NOT GETTING THE BUSINESS !!
Got to say, "I truly hate dealing with this place".
