“Still Awaiting Flight Refund, they've had our money 3...”

We are still awaiting a refund of over £2000 from Dream World Travel for our Virgin Atlantic return flights to LA in July 2020, which were cancelled due to the pandemic.

We spoke to Virgin Atlantic at the end of December. They had no record of a refund request, but processed it as soon as we queried it. Dream World contacted us on 31/12/20 to confirm they had received the money.

Over 3 months later and we are still waiting for Dream World Travel to pay this money on to us. Every time we contact them, they just tell us to be patient and wait. We have now lost patience. Pay up!!!

Looking at other reviews across multiple review sites, it appears a lot of people are waiting for their refunds too. We believe that Dream World Travel are deliberately holding on to peoples money and suspect that they have no intention of repaying the money to anyone.
