“Professional and Empathetic ”

Sadly we had to have our beloved pet put to sleep after a car accident left her with terrible injuries. It's at that moment that you truly find out whether your insurance policy covers the cost of the bill that you face. Vetsure covered the cost of the Vet's bill, but also went out of their way to express their sadness at the loss of our pet. It was all handled very professionally, and Vetsure kept us up-to-date with the stages that our claim had reached, until it finally paid out. It took some of the stress out of an already stressful situation.
