“Poor customer service”

I returned 3 items in one parcel. Only been refunded for 2 of the items.
I have sent 4 emails to Dorothy Perkins to investigate but get sent automated messages stating that refunds can take upto 4 weeks. I have asked for acknowledgement that they received the 3rd item but they are not answering the question.

I will never order from this company again. Their customer service is non existentent. The item in question is only £18 but it’s my £18 not theirs!!!!!
