I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them but I was really excited about giving my business to a Canadian company. Big mistake! Ordered a deluxe wicker basket of sunflowers and lilies with an 18" balloon and received a small white basket from a dollar store with cheap flowers which did not include sunflowers!!! They couldn't even inflate a 12" balloon properly. When I contacted them, they had the guts to say it was within their policy to make substitutions based on availability. Really? 85% of the arrangement was not available? Oh, and their online chat is a joke. People who answer questions do not speak English and just copy and paste pre-composed messages that make no sense
