“Couldn't be better”

Broke down twice in one year. Both times we were recovered in no time at all. The staff on the phone are very polite and helpful and inform you exactly when the recovery vehicle will arrive, and they were spot on both times. Being disabled makes this quality of service indispensable. I can't praise them enough. Excellent service all round. 6 stars from me :)
