“Disgraceful delivery service”

I Wish I could give 0 stars for the delivery drivers,lazy isn't even the word,waited 2 weeks for my delivery of a cooker and washing machine as I'm desperate after moving into a new property ,finally relieved as my delivery was today and they sat in the van ,phoned my mobile which had no reception in the area ,couldn't be bothered to get out of they're van in the rain to knock as they should,then drove off ,now I have to wait another 10 days for my items for a new delivery ,I have made an official.complaint ,and have witnesses and CCTV of they're actions ,saw theyre van outside and waited by the door for the knock and so shocking to see them drive off,wouldn't use this company again if you paid me,only positive il say is the lady on the customer service line was lovely and tried to help me all she could,it did take me an hour and 10 minutes on hold to get through to them on the phone though ,they have caused so much upset today ,I now have to try and buy a second hand washing machine and figure out how to pick it up to get me through for 10 more days as ive not had one for 2 weeks waiting for these incompetent fools,and then to do this to me today is disgusting
