I had a query regarding non-delivery of a home delivery service
which I may have been responsible for. I called the main customer service number at 7am (earliest possible time). The lady very quickly put me at ease and suggested I update my contact details ie main phone number and an all important instruction of how to best approach my flat. Within 5 minutes of the call, I was assured my payment would be reimbursed and I was able to reschedule my order for the next day. Hats off to the Tesco lady, good customer service indeed.
