Having spent very many nights in Premier Inns up and down the country, I finally opted to purchase one of their famed Hypnos mattresses as I found the hotel ones so comfortable. Unfortunately, the Premier Hypnos mattress I received bore no relation in comfort terms to the ones I have spent many nights on.
First, most reputable companies offer the purchaser a satisfaction period, normally 40-90 days I believe. Not so in the case of Premier Hypnos as they may find they have too many return requests I presume.
Please do not believe the hype Hypnos put out because, in my opinion, the mattresses they supply to the public are not the same ones they supply to the Premier Inn Hotels, and are quite uncomfortable to sleep on. In less than a year the mattress I purchased has sunk in the middle. It is so uncomfortable that I have now had to purchase another new mattress (NOT Hypnos). If I had purchased my new mattress first, I would have saved myself several hundred Pounds and a customer service department who have no interest in addressing customer complaints.
Save your money and steer clear of Hypnos; they are not worth the grief.
