“Dirty car and poor customer support”

The car was absolutely dirty and you could tell it has not been cleaned or desinfected. Unfortunately I only found this out when I got to my destination and was not going to go back to Faro. I complained and the employee said he could not do much and that there’s no point of me making a scene just to get discount or benefits... so rude, just shows the lack of customer support. Will not rent from them again. The best part of the experience was returning the car.
