“Really great service...”

My car was recovered after being stolen and the work was carried out ion Cumbernauld.
We were provided with a courtesy car very quickly, which was great as we were having to pay to hire a car before the car was in for repair. This courtesy car was excellent, and it was delivered to our house. All the features were explained - very impressed.
The soleus team were in touch regularly to keep me informed on how the repair was going. I was invited to go and see the car to identify any damage caused during the theft. This was great, and allowed the repair to be carried out in full. The car repair was really well done and I have no complaints regarding the work.
The only issue I have is about the interior of the car. After having the car stolen and driven by thieves, I would have preferred the car to have been returned to me fully valeted and in showroom condition. It had been cleaned, but not fully and was a bit grubby - it's now something I'll have to deal with and have valeted.
That aside, the customer service and repair were excellent and I was very pleased with the repair.
