Was a member of Rosemary Conley club several years ago and got on well....however, I recently joined a local club and am so far very disappointed. It took me 3 phone calls to the instructor before she bothered to call me back about joining. Then, the 1st night I was weighed...nothing was discussed...she just wrote my 'goal' on the card which was 1 stone to start with. Then a very very long wait while the huge numbers of others were weighed in. Then a pretty mundane, repetative aerobics class which was so packed, you kept bashing into the others. Seems like the goal is to get as many people in there and paying the weekly fee - with no time for anything else ! Then a huge rush to get the next class in. No 'motivational talk'..just a shout at the end'all new ones wait here' then poined out the obvious..." These are the 'portion cups' read about them in your book...this is the special tape measure ...read about how to use it - it can be quite confusing !....flick through the book and follow the diet " -- that was it ...quite frankly disgusted , but have now paid the 5 weeks up front so am stuck with it for a while . Not Happy :o(
