“Good value nice voucher”

I've been with Budget now about three years and have always had a competitive price. The customer service team are very efficient and helpful and this year it was nice to get a £5 argos voucher for my loyalty! The only negative experience was when I contacted RAC breakdown through my insurance as I had broken down. Budget were great but the person at RAC was really rude and unhelpful.
