“The BEST pet insurers ever!”

I have had other pet insurers over the years, but I have to share this with anyone looking for pet insurance. Vetsure are absolutely fantastic in every way. Every person I have ever spoken to about my insurance claims, have been kind, understanding, going far above and beyond on a few occasions where I have been let down by emergency pet hospitals demanding direct payments from me rather than my insurer. They are all clearly pet owners or animal lovers themselves which makes them so human and understanding. I can not praise them highly enough. I have a sick cat who requires more treatment on a regular basis, and I used to always feel guilty about all the claims I submitted, but they always made me feel like the loving pet owner I am. Nothing is too much trouble, and are just 100% brilliant! The cover is better than anything else I looked at, the service is fast and efficient and best of all, when you call them, there is always a lovely person at the end of the phone. Thank you Vetsure, you have been amazing!
