“Vividseats service exceeded expecations”

Shortly before leaving on a trip to New England and Boston, we purchased two tickets for an NHL hockey game between the Boston Bruins and the Toronto Maple Leafs to be played at the TD Gardens.
When we received confirmation for the order, we found that our tickets would not be delivered before we left home for Boston. This gave us some reason for concern, so I got on the phone immediately to VividSeats to see what could be done.
This put us in contact with Matt Keating who was very helpful and prepared to do all in his power to solve our particular dilemma. He arranged to have our tickets delivered to a Fed Ex office in Boston where we could conveniently pick them up 2 days before the game. He kept us informed of all his arrangements via email providing us with specific details and tracking information. He even followed up on these arrangements with personal phone calls to reassure us that all was well.
It is hard to imagine that we could have been in better hands. Matt’s pleasant manner and competent handling of our situation inspired us with confidence. He is an excellent ambassador for VividSeats and we would be most happy to contact him or your organization for any future ticket needs or arrangements which we might wish to make.
