Booked full service and mot on bmw 4 series got a good price online so booked it they took car passed mot they started the service phone me with a list of stuff that should be done ie brake fluid changed pollen filter I said what will cost be £224 extra on top of service I said just leave them then told me they would be able to set service lhistory on computer without these done so I had no choice but to pay it car arrived back after payment was made service on computer saying brake fluid needs changing in June 2021 tried phoning ignored my calls I phone garage and told them what is been charged even they said should of been £80 maximum. If you use these and they phone u with additional work go straight to garage that has your car they will do it at a quarter of price I’m in the middle of reporting them to trading standards
