“Undervalued property ”

Barclays employed this group to value my property prior to a remortgage with additional borrowing. House similar to mine but without the rear extension, garage and on suite on a main road, mine overlooks a field - goes for £380000. Countrywide valued mine at 350000. No mortgage offer for me. No problems with the level of service in regards to timeframe, communication and the surveyor seemed friendly enough. The survey took around 30 minutes in total.
