I spent over 5 hours on your chat line talking to 20 different agents just trying to pay my renewal home insurance premium but was passed around,hence chatting to so many different agents. I was about to give up until I starting chatting to an adviser, who got another person to phone me and take payment,for which I was very grateful for but couldn’t understand Why any of the other agents couldn’t have done same. So thank you the two I dealt with.
