“Still no refund”

Hi Guys,
Where to start.
Many months ago we purchased an electric fire.
Unfortunately after a few months of waiting Studio actually pulled the plug and said they could not deliver and would send us a refund.Whilst waiting for the refund we purchased the exact same fire from another retailer which came 3 days later.The day after that the Studio order turned up (unbelievable). Anyway i advised Studio of the issue and forwarded all their requirements for a return of the product. After 2 months of emails etc the said article was picked up. I am now 2 months down the line again and have still not been re-imbursed and they are now not even answering my emails.....absolutely shocking behaviour.
Not really sure where to go now but all i can say is stay clear people.
