“Excellent customer service”

I recently had a very positive customer service experience with Bloomex. I had ordered flowers for a friend, for delivery shortly before Christmas. But she told me they never arrived. I then contacted Bloomex, expecting to be given the runaround. Instead, Bloomex immediately offered to re-send the order. My friend was delighted with the beautiful bouquet even if it arrived after the holidays. Thanks, Bloomex!
